JTV, on behalf of Bera hf., Reg. No. 420369-7789, invites applications for participation in a restricted design-build tender for the design and construction of an approximately 23,000 m² warehouse at Hólmsheiði in Reykjavík.

The project comprises the detailed design and construction of a warehouse facility that will include, among other things, an automated warehouse system, chilled and frozen storage areas, goods receiving facilities, and offices.

The main elements of the works include:

Detailed design of the building and site
Site establishment and earthworks
Concrete works and erection of the structural frame
External works and finishes
Internal works and finishes, including electrical systems, plumbing and mechanical systems, and refrigeration and freezer systems
External site works and landscaping

Prequalification documents will be available in electronic format from 31 August 2026.
