Bera has received an outstanding rating in Reitun’s ESG assessment for the third consecutive year. The company scored 87 out of a possible 100 points in the 2026 assessment, an increase of one point from the previous year. This result places Bera in the A3 rating category and among the highest-rated companies in the assessment. The company also received the highest possible rating for data quality, a score of 1.

Reitun’s ESG assessment evaluates companies’ performance across environmental, social and governance factors. Bera performs above the average for Icelandic companies in all key areas of the assessment, reflecting the company’s focused and comprehensive efforts to integrate sustainability into its operations.
